Tibetan yoga is a profound practice for body, mind, breath and spirit! These sixteen movements will give you a full taste of the power of this practice to clear emotional, mental and energetic blockages. Suitable for any level of experience, these practices are traditionally performed on the floor, but can be done in a chair. Modifications and adjustments are offered for all skill levels.
This course is available to everyone who has taken the Five Tsa Lung Course and the free Nine Breaths Course.
